I am assuming you mean in the creole wrap set. There’s flour, paprika, cumin, garlic, bay leaves, red pepper,black pepper, and a hint of creole seasoning.

Once it was wrapped up with red beans and rice, cheese, and sour cream, it tasted like a wrap from Popeyes!  

Creole wraps and wine. 

Ugh. I could use an isolated vacation. I could also use the keys to Marina’s car so I can get my two bottles of moscato d’asti  out of the trunk. And drink them both in a jiffy. Yeah, I said jiffy.  

And when you are not a gentleman, well, you’re just fucking yourself in the end.

It’s story time folks!

Sooo, when I was in 4th grade I got caught kissing on a dare. I got like 3 weeks of recess taken away and had to write a letter to my parents. I was TERRIFIED! My mom told me, “We are going to have a serious talk bout this!” and then basically forgot the whole thing ever happened immediately after making that statement. About two days into her forgetfulness this song came out. Every single time it came on my heart stopped. I was CERTAIN that she would remember it and I would be in for it. I would change the station immediately. She never did remember to talk to me but this song didn’t stop giving me heart attacks for months. My heart still skips a little beat when I hear it, even though I am 22 years old. 

Feeling a bit better.

Cooking last night put me in a better mood. I have really loved cooking lately and I am pretty decent at it! This seems to shock all of my close friends. I used to straight up refuse to get in the kitchen. Something changed though and I am glad it did. Last night I made Alfredo chicken, homemade garlic-parmesan mashed potatoes (I made the garlic cream from scratch!), and biscuits. 

Class today put me in an amazing mood. I got to be in the classroom of my favorite teacher. That woman is everything I aspire to be. I walked out of her class with 13 pages of front and back notes. Today, for the first time ever she had to evaluate me… and she marked me as advanced in all of the categories! And wrote a ton of really great comments! Knowing that she thinks I will be a good teacher lifts my mood like no other. 

Let’s just see if I can hold on to this high when everyone gets home. 

I want to paint today. Or write. Or dig out my flute. But I have to clean and do homework. I need an outlet after this weekend. I need a break.
